Recognising myths and misunderstandings around anger
Learning what the “anger meter” is
Identifying triggers and early warning signs
Tools for calming and self-regulation
Healthy communication styles
Replacing destructive patterns with healthier responses
Building resilience and emotional awareness for long-term wellbeing

This programme encourages participants to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants are supported to move from reactive behaviours toward healthier and more constructive responses.
