This six-week programme provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and learn practical tools for long-term change and healthier relationships.

What You Will Learn

Participants will explore:

  • Understanding anger and where it comes from

  • Recognising myths and misunderstandings around anger

  • Learning what the “anger meter” is

  • Identifying triggers and early warning signs

  • Tools for calming and self-regulation

  • Healthy communication styles

  • Replacing destructive patterns with healthier responses

  • Building resilience and emotional awareness for long-term wellbeing

Programme Focus

This programme encourages participants to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants are supported to move from reactive behaviours toward healthier and more constructive responses.
