Our groups encourage whakawhanaungatanga, shared learning, reflection, and practical strategies that support long-term wellbeing and personal transformation.

Spaces are often limited to ensure groups remain safe and supportive for everyone involved.

Workshops
Women of Strong Heart
Manawa Nui Wāhine is a culturally grounded healing programme created to support wāhine on their journey of healing, reconnection, and empowerment.
Facilitated by the experienced team at H&P Wellness Therapy Ltd, this programme provides a safe and nurturing space for women to explore trauma, strengthen identity, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves and others through shared healing and culturally informed therapeutic practice.
Grounded in compassion, connection, and mana-enhancing support, Manawa Nui Wāhine encourages participants to move at their own pace while being supported within a respectful and empowering group environment.

Te Whakatipu Tāne is a culturally grounded men’s healing programme facilitated by Ngāti Poona through H&P Wellness Therapy Ltd.
This programme provides a safe and supportive space for tāne seeking healing, growth, reconnection, and transformation. Grounded in lived experience, peer support, cultural understanding, and trauma-informed practice, Te Whakatipu Tāne supports men to reconnect with identity, strengthen wellbeing, and build healthier pathways forward.
Through guided group discussions, practical tools, somatic and body-based healing practices, and whakawhanaungatanga, participants are encouraged to explore their experiences in a respectful and empowering environment.

Ngāti is a Qualified AOD peer support specialist and addictions. Our Kaimahi bring Lived Experiences, Compassion, and whānau based peer support to help others find connection and empowerment.
